Franchising

After years of establishing a thriving brand, Ray Salti, the Founder & serial restaurateur of Pepperoni's, devised an efficient and streamlined business model to address the prevailing challenges faced by restaurant operators today. These challenges include high real estate costs, escalating labor expenses, a shrinking workforce pool, quality control concerns, and a surge in demand for take-out and delivery services.

Over a span of five successful years, Ray validated the new model, witnessing a steady rise in revenue and profitability. Encouraged by this track record, he made the strategic decision to introduce Pepperoni's as a franchise system in mid-2019. To ensure the franchise's triumph, substantial financial investments were directed towards integrating advanced technology, modernizing unit layouts and designs, offering robust operations support and training, and establishing a call center.

Furthermore, in early 2020, a cutting-edge corporate office was constructed to serve as the hub for the growing Pepperoni's Corporate team. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to encompass a test kitchen, training areas, and a local commissary. The overarching goal is to maintain an exceptional level of quality and service as the brand expands.

Pepperoni's focus remains on delivering exceptional New York-style pizza, wings, and salads, coupled with memorable customer experiences and sustainable unit economics. These factors position Pepperoni's favorably for franchise success.

The franchise opportunities available include both Single and Multi-unit options, as well as Area Development opportunities. The latter has already resulted in several multi-unit development agreements in Greater Houston and San Antonio, bringing the current operating Pepperoni's units to 20, with an additional 48 units in development. Short-term growth plans encompass all major and secondary markets and college towns throughout Texas, followed by a broader long-term expansion across the Southeast U.S.
